Trader101 Basket Trading System – math analysis

Yesterday I’ve found a nice thread about Basket Trading System trading method, shared by Trader101: http://www.forex-tsd.com/suggestions-trading-systems/16466-basket-trading-system-t101-system.html

The thread, along with other thread on Forex-TSD forum, have like 4000 posts in total, but the system was interesting enough to take few hours off and go through all of it.
